ALEJAM RECORDS is operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and designs — is the property of ALEJAM RECORDS or our artists and licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from the rights holder.
Artist names, logos, and associated branding remain the property of the respective artists and are used under licence.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are correct at the time of placing your order.
We make every effort to ensure product availability, but all items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Many of our products are produced on demand via our fulfilment partner Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
However, please note that made-to-order and personalised items (including print-on-demand products) are exempt from the right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b), as they are made to your specification.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Access to the Artist Portal is provided by invitation only for artists associated with ALEJAM RECORDS. Portal users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Content uploaded via the Artist Portal (biographies, images, links, etc.) must not infringe any third-party rights. You grant ALEJAM RECORDS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute any content you upload via the Portal for the purposes of operating the Site and promoting your artist profile.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any Portal account at our discretion.
Artist profiles submitted via our invite system are reviewed at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request changes to any submission without providing reasons.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALEJAM RECORDS and its owner from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
